Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all KOOKAÏ tags attached before securely sealing them in their original packaging.

  Submit for Shipping

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
